So what is the reconditioning of the fuel injection and how does Origin Pipe operates?
Firstly, a fuel injection nozzle is a device used to spray fuel under high pressure fuel pump into the combustion chamber, which increases the combustibility of fuel injection for the Diesel internal combustion engine. After a period of running about 2000 to 3000 hours, the fuel injection nozzle will be failed and unable to spray fuel. As usual, the user will replace the new fuel injection nozzle. However, Origin Pipe will repair and recondition this damaged fuel injection nozzle with high quality, around 70% to 80% in comparison with new one.
The Structure of fuel injection nozle
Our fuel injection reconditioning method is to sharpen the surface of the nozzle needle tip and the hole of nozzle needle body to make these two surfaces contacting and becoming airtight again. At that time, we also clean the fuel supply inlet or cooling water inlet and polish the surface of nozzle needle body. After reconditioning the fuel injection, we will check the fuel injection quality by the high pressure fuel pump to make sure that the fuel injection is sprayed well before being delivered to the customer.
