      The ionic concentration or conductivity index is a common parameter in the water treatment, especially ultra-pure water. How to measure the conductivity at a reasonable cost? Origin Pipe offers AS conductivity probe made in US, which is a versatile sensor with high durability, good performance and low expenditure. This conductive sensor works in a wide variety of applications at temperatures below 95 ° C and without the need for stainless steel. The conductive cell range from 0.001 to 50 will be used for the measurement of most applications from ultra-pure water to salty water. The probe goes along with a choice of 316 electrodes or graphite electrodes.

All conductivity sensors have an automatic compensation factor, including the range of 1000 ΩRTD, 100 ΩRTD, 300 ΩNTC, or 3kΩ NTC. Additionally, there is a threaded fitting that adjusts the length of the insertion transducer in ¾ inch pipe or besides the tank. If submered installation in tank, it will include CPVC pipes and fittings mounted on the top of the tank. In some cases, the Origin Pipe has a ball valve with a longer tip than the conductivity probe, which allows the user to remove the probe for maintenance or replacement from the pipe or tank without shutting down the processing system.
