Today, owning conductivity control devices, which is easy to use and has a reasonable price, is what consumers are very interested in. Understanding that demand, our Origin Pipe company has launched the transmitter AM-2250 which import from USA with new interface that consumers do not need to read the user manual.
The AM-2250 series builds on the legacy of the Shark and AM-2200 controllers. Based on its predecessors, it is designed to be the most versatile, easy-to-use, and noticeable multi-parameter controller in compared with other competitors on the market.
Four parameters: Choose the parameter you want to measure from the easy-to-use LCD menu inside the front cover. Choose conductivity, pH, ORP or flow. Its interface is designed according to the principle that users do not need to read the instructions.
Three relays: The AM-2250 provides control of external devices with three independent control relays. A third relay is provided to act as an alarm relay or process control relay. Each relay has both high and low adjustment points on the setpoint and can be set for ascending or descending process. Each relay has its own cycle timer, with adjustable on and off times. This feature allows for greater control of batch processes by eliminating excessive chemical use.
Two outputs: The AM-2250 provides three separate, independent and expandable 4-20mA outputs. Each 4-20mA output has been configured for the PID controller. Most users will only use it for proportional control but the integral and derivative terms have for advanced control.
Zero card: The AM-2250 comes completed. There are no additional costs associated with buying boards for different sensors or buying parts to achieve Nema 4X. An installation kit is included for surface mounting and the control panel. The installation contours make the panel mounting cutouts simpler.
Enclosure: The AM-2250 is packed in a very solid Nema 4X polycarbonate shell, ideal for indoor and outdoor heavy equipment.
Bright display: A backlit LCD screen can be seen from afar. The keyboard allows easy entry of menu items and numeric values.
Calibration: No other controller can offer the same flexibility and efficiency easily. The value of the process is displayed during calibration so that the user knows when it is stable. PH calibration can be 2 or 3 points. For more detail of calibration of pH please click here
Conductivity calibration can take up to 16 points so that acids and bases can be measured through their conductivity. All calibration data can be recalled.
